Selling Sold Out Products as Instock! How is that legal???
I called this morning about an item with 2 in stock and asked if they could set it aside so I don't waste my time coming to the store if it's sold out. I literally went into the store yesterday when it said one in stock but it was sold out. The person at the call center said they cannot set it aside for me but assure me from his end they had 2.... So I purchased the item online only to get an email right after telling me the item wasn't available... Their website still says right now that they have the item.. when they don't! so, BEST BUY IS TAKING 100-1000 OF PEOPLE MONEY ON ITEMS THEY KNOW ARE NOT IN STOCK! And at worst.. .you ask for a refund or at best you ask them just to ship it to you or you wait.. it's still a BS move when they know it's out of stock but selling it as "only 2 left" ... so I'll go get it online from a place with super fast delivery.... I'm done with this company and the lack of customer service. UPDATE: target's website said they had 1 of the same items at my local store. I called and was able to speak with someone at that local store.. Not only did Target actually have the 1 item in stock like the website said.. they OFFERED to set it aside so I can come and purchase it. 180-degree difference in customer service.

Best Buy should be closed down...
Every time I purchase from the Saratoga Springs store it is the same thing. Items have to be shipped. If I call the store directly for some reason it goes overseas to a non-English speaking person. When items are shipped they never arrive when they are supposed to. I continually get a message stating your item has been delayed and is expected to be delivered tomorrow, which is what I just received. Fedex is never on time and they never put the items on the porch, I always find it in the yard or under my snowblower.

Best Buy STOLE & LIED to us $200
Best Buy STOLE & LIED to us $200! Do NOT order from this HORRIBLE COMPANY! We never received the package. FedEx shows a photo of a house that isn't even OURS. We do not even live in a house! We called, explained the home in the photo is not ours, a quick google search can prove this. They stated after being on hold many times, and an hour later a refund would be made and a confirmation email would be sent within 24hrs. After 3 days and no email, we chatted to see an update to be immediately told no case was ever documented of our call. We were more less called liars by the chat rep, and told to file a police report?! Are you kidding me? So your motto is to lie to your customers saying you’re refunding them to get them to go away and hope they never notice? I’m sorry but that’s sickening. You stole from your customers, you lied to your customers, your chat rep was a rude, horrendous to us claiming no record, no note, nothing of our call was made. That’s beyond messed up business. You’ve wasted our time, our money, and stole from us. We will not be letting this drop and heard everywhere.

Preordering games is a terrible…
Preordering games is a terrible experience. Every other company gets things to you by release date. Best buy is at least 5 days behind. It's been like this forever, and they have no interest in doing it better, example is I recently got paid by Monix Limited,and my financial position is greatly improving,The platform consistently lives up to its promises, which is truly impressive. One of the standout features is the consistently swift and hassle-free withdrawal process, providing me with prompt access to my funds whenever I require them. This level of convenience and efficiency significantly enhances my overall experience with the platform, and I appreciate the seamless access to my funds whenever I need them.

Best Buy uses fraud excuse as an excuse to steal your money
I understand that fraud is an issue that is ever growing, but Best Buy needs to understand that not everyone is a potential thief! For over a month now I have been trying to communicate with customer service about a refund for an item that I paid $534.99 for and only received an open, empty Fedex box. Multiple calls and emails later, they still refuse to offer a refund and advise that I take the matter up with law enforcement. Package theft is not an option as I live in a gated community with a 24 hour manned guard at the gate. Furthermore, nobody would open a Fedex box by your front door, take out the contents and leave an empty box behind knowing there are security cameras everywhere! They insult your intelligence and have absolutely no business ethics by treating customers in this disrespectful manner. I will never purchase anything from Best Buy again - either online or in person. Everything they sell, you can find elsewhere on Amazon or some other platform. My advice is to stay away from this store as they are unethical and thieves.

I purchased warranty on tv
I purchased a five year warranty on tv at Houston Tx Eastside store Was misled by salesperson who used total tech info instead Contacted customer service to verify. They said they would refund 203 to acct and I paid 188 for correct warranty. Only received 50 because of delivery and setup and disposal tv charging which I was told would be waived because of sales person error. Was told to go to store and manager would give me cash instead of gift card. He said he was not doing nothing call them back. Called again had to keep repeating myself because of customer service overseas as in china. I made about 8 or more calls being on hold Disconnected promised 100 gift card, never received, I was told it would be emailed nothing Told 70 gift card never received. I gave up Best Buy has the worst customer service ever. Bunch of liars and cons. No where to go.

We ordered a 70 in
We ordered a 70 in. TV and a sound bar late yesterday evening. This afternoon the items were delivered to our home. Wow! Great easy to use web site and super quick delivery. I'll be shopping with Best Buy again soon.

I ordered a laptop with microsoft online. Item received late and microsoft email was never received to download. I called and they kept hanging up on me or transferring me. All I wanted was that the email be sent so I could download a program I paid $150 for. I finally got someone via chat then they kept transferring me to other people. I asked to just cancel the purchase and was transferred yet again. Now I have been on hold for 19mins on my 14th call. Total time over 1hr and 20mins. Chat says 12 min wait as well. After years of doing business for multiple family members through best buy, this will be my last purchase. I am FURIOUS at this point. Edit- Contact at 9:40pm (now 2hrs and 18mins into this issue) 17:07 on a call with Miguel in Computing Services department could not help me, could not cancel $149.99 purchase and could not give me the name of his supervisor or manager. I was also not allowed to speak with them and had to be transferred to another department Another Edit- (9:56pm) 3 min wait, spoke with Supervisor Santiago and he was magically able to assist me with getting the apps downloaded (2hrs 32mins, 15 calls, 6 connected chats & 3 chats that failed to connect)

HALF HOUR WAIT TIME TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE
They have no record of my order online and no order confirmation was ever sent. I waited HALF AN HOUR just to speak to a customer representative. The wait time for chat went up as I waited from 21 minutes to 26 minutes (I simultaneously had the chat window open while waiting on hold with the phone). While waiting on the phone, I could hear the call center people yelling and screaming in a foreign language (I believe Filipino). Finally, the representative was able to provide my order number and the tracking info. The lack of any order confirmation and the wait time are simply unacceptable. I will never again use Best Buy.

Yes, BestBuy is a legit store; you get great comparative value, delivery, customer service, all fine... PROVIDED you buy online only, and pay their asking price with No Credit use. Otherwise they Will try to trick and steal from you.
